Thank you, so much for your help in selecting and buying the 1.10 VVS2, G, Emerald cut diamond. The stone is stunning and my fiancé absolutely loves it, I have attached a picture of the setting and it's new home. I must tell you that I was in contact with several other online diamond sellers and none could compare to your service and no nonsense business transaction. Things happened the way you had explained and the product was delivered on time as ordered. In my search for the perfect diamond I found that many businesses could quote a price, but when it came to delivery I got " sorry that stone is with another jeweler or customer". I don't know how you did it but it works, you gave me several options and provided certificates upfront. I hope this will not affect your future pricing, but the diamond itself appraised for 120% above cost. A 70% discount from retail AND a quality stone that was deliverable. Though I don't plan to buy another engagement ring, I have passed your address onto several friends and family. Bigger, better diamonds for less . . . and that's no gimmick !

Dear Mr Stieglitz,

I purchased a 1.13 carat round brilliant diamond form you earlier this month and I am just writing to tell you once again how please I am with the quality of the stone that I received. When I initially received the stone, I took it to the local reputable jeweler that I had purchased the ring from that the stone would be mounted in. I had also initially looked at purchasing a diamond from the same jeweler. I gave them my price range and the quality of diamond that I was looking for just like I did with you service. The diamonds that I was given to choose from were nice but none of them would fall within the grade ranges that were important to me, they were always just outside of what I was willing to accept. That's when I decided to give your service a try. When I brought in the diamond that I had purchased from you they were initially impressed with the stone but they began to tell me how many diamonds people brought in to them were supposedly certified fell well below their strict standards.

The jeweler then brought out a booklet of bad certifications they had collected. Other customers had brought in certified diamonds for appraisal thinking that they were one quality level and after they were inspected by this jeweler they had to inform the customer that the diamond that they had in their possession was not what they were sold elsewhere. After hearing this and seeing the list of disputed certifications I was a bit worried that I might be in for a surprise when the appraisal was completed by their graduate gemologist. To my relief and satisfaction the diamond came back graded to exactly the same specification that you had sole to me. I feel that I got the best possible value for my dollar by using your service and beautiful diamond to boot. Thanks You for making my purchase as enjoyable as you did

I am writing to let you know how grateful I am to you and Suncoast Labs. I was absolutely floored when I opened that Diamond Ring!!! What an impressive sight. The quality was far better than anything I had expected. Not a single Jeweler that I had gone to could even touch the quality of this ring.

I started looking for a ring around the middle of January. I wasn't really serious about actually buying a Diamond Engagement Ring off the Internet, I was really more interested in learning about them. I did not want to go into a Jeweler without knowing what to look for. I found your site using a Yahoo search for "Diamond." In an effort to find out what to expect price-wise, I filled out a pricing request on your site, as well as several others. Yours was the first reply, complete with an informational paragraph or two as well as several choices diamond-wise. After another 2 weeks of back and forth e-mails, I felt certain of the type and quality of diamond that I wanted. I was still reluctant to buy the diamond off the net, but after checking many references (Better Business Bureau, Chamber of Commerce, etc.), I felt confident enough to place the order. SunCoast successfully got the ring, set it, and shipped it, all in less than a week!! Great Service!!!

To top this whole story off, I was in a Jewelry store yesterday checking out the prices there in Houston (I have been on business in PA for 5 months), when the Jeweler remarked about my fiancés ring. "That's a beautiful diamond." He nearly keeled over when I told him how much I paid! He even called a coworker over to check it out. Made me feel pretty good. The appraiser, the jeweler, everyone has remarked about the quality. Anyway, I could go on and on, but I will stop here. I would very much like to thank you and Suncoast for an outstanding job. WE sir are heroes !!! Everything went wonderfully. The diamond was placed in the inside of a rose and brought to our table during dinner. When she held the rose to smell it, she saw the most brilliant diamond that she had ever laid her eyes on. Dave, you and Tom really came through for me, and for that I will always be grateful. It's been seven days since our engagement, and every day at least 6 times a day, she stops what she's doing and just stares at her ring. Those words are hers by the way. Very seldom does a company significantly exceed the customer's expectations for the service provided, the quality of the product delivered and the value of that product. Suncoast Gem Labs gets an A+ on all three counts!

I was searching for a good value in a three carat, near colorless, ideal cut diamond for over 6 months without success. My search took me to numerous jewelry stores in two States, St. Thomas in the Virgin Islands and a myriad of Internet Sites. It was unbelievable to me that one day after I gave you the final requirements for my diamond, you quoted me a net delivered price significantly below the wholesale price. I also thank you for sharing with me the refinements made in the GIA cut classification standard. This information helped me to make an informed buying decision and to select a diamond with outstanding fire and brilliance.

During my 6 month diamond search, I learned that the diamond market is one of the most inefficient and consumer unfriendly markets in the world today. Numerous attempts to obtain diamond trade wholesale pricing guides proved unsuccessful. There appears to be a concerted effort to keep the consumer from learning the true dealer cost of diamonds in order to maintain very high margins. Fortunately, I can see the Internet changing all this. I commend you for the quality of your web site, and the candid information you gave me on the value of my diamond. The appraisal that I received from a Master Gemologist Appraiser in my area confirmed the great value I received.

While I would be pleased to share my experience with future Suncoast Gem Lab customer's, I would appreciate it if you would not use my full name on your Internet web site.
